Hot Pilates Sculpt

Heated (90°F) • Full-body • Advanced-friendly

Hot Pilates Sculpt is a challenging, full-body mat Pilates class that blends classical Pilates principles with strength and sculpting exercises in a heated room (90°F). The heat helps warm muscles, increase mobility, and elevate the heart rate, making each movement more effective.

Expect slow, controlled sequences with interval-style timing designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize your entire body. Best suited for experienced participants, but open to all who enjoy a strong, sweat-filled workout.

Corazón Pulse

Warm (75–80°F) • Cardio-sculpt • All levels

Corazón Pulse is a full-body interval class combining heart-pumping cardio bursts with sculpting exercises using light to medium weights. By alternating cardio spikes with controlled strength blocks, this class builds endurance, tone, and total-body strength while keeping the pace approachable.

Taught in a comfortably warm room (75–80°F), Corazón Pulse leaves you feeling energized, strong, and efficient in your movement.

Corazón Strength

Warm (75–80°F) • Strength-focused • Progressive

Corazón Strength is a results-driven strength training class focused on building muscle, improving tone, and increasing overall strength through slow, controlled movement. Using progressive rep ranges and near-failure work, this class safely challenges the body while emphasizing proper form and control.

Taught in a comfortably warm room (75–80°F), Corazón Strength is open to all levels and ideal for anyone looking to feel stronger and more empowered.

Corazón Mat Pilates

Non-heated • Foundational • Full-body

Corazón Mat Pilates is a contemporary Pilates class blending classical principles with strength and sculpting exercises for a balanced, full-body workout. Taught in a non-heated room, this class focuses on core strength, glutes, posture, and controlled movement.

Perfect for all levels, Mat Pilates helps build strength, improve alignment, and move with confidence.

Where is the studio located?

We’ve moved to our new home at 502 E Woodin Ave, Chelan, WA 98816.

Yes! We welcome all levels and always provided modifications.

Yes, dress to your comfort. You can be barefoot, socks or shoes.

Studio Policies

At Corazón Core, we want every class to feel smooth, mindful and respectful for everyone. Please take a moment to review our studio guidelines:

Booking: Please reserve your spot with time. 

Arrival: Plan to arrive 5-10min early so you’re ready when class begins. Doors close promptly at start time. 

Cancellations: You may cancel up to 12 hours in advance to keep your class credit. Late cancellation and no shows will forfeit the credit. 

Etiquette: Be mindful of others, keep phones silenced, and wipe down your mat/ props after class.
